This just kind of sucked though. The anthology doesn't tie together in a cool way and the multiple endings were clearly an afterthought.

There should be an eroge where you play as a blonde white woman in a Chinese setting where everything is wacky. Maybe at some point she gets pregnant so she can produce a placenta for TCM for the evil emperor. Our heroine is going through a hard time, but then the emperor just dies from diarrhea caused by consuming laxatives and lead. Also there's like a giant army of soldiers at the kingdom's border that invade only to find the emperor is already dead, but the heroine still has to survive this giant invasion by finding a safe place. Hehee, funny cartoon humor.

I'm willing to forgive a lot of things if I find a movie charming and it's literally impossible with this premise so.
Will Forte looked like a Tim & Eric casting choice.
I always felt sorry for the bad guys in my slapstick toons so this appeals to a primal urge of mine too, I guess.
I don't know if the casting of John Cena was deliberately to Chinamaxx. I don't know how much him pandering to China is a Western meme or if it's a Chinese meme as well. (1)

Due to the nature of boomers and movie theater garbage, my VIEWING EXPERIENCE WAS COMPROMISED.

I didn't appreciate the WOKE CHARACTER ASSASSINATION of Foghorn Leghorn though they do a similar, though not as a severe, thing with Tweety who I always thought was a little shit so I guess it evens out. It's all just a goof in the end so who cares.
I thought the movie would try to stand more on its own without resorting to the full Looney Tunes cast but it's whatever.
My dad momentarily dazed me by bringing up how it's like Marvel and DC, Warner Brothers and Disney and how he always liked Looney Toons and Marvel and it's like, yeah, dad, same, probably without your any of your influence too given what was on when I was a kid. And then I tried to picture Donald Dock on my own and I realized I couldn't and all I could think of was Daffy Duck. Oh, he just came to me now, while writing this, he's white.

Unfortunately, he's unholed by the end of the movie. (2)
I guess it's not as deft with its blending of live action and cartoons as Who Framed Roger Rabbit or even Cool World (which doesn't feel like a real movie name to me right now) even though those are decades old now and there are Hollywood moveisms with the plotting and whatever but frankly, who gives a shit, what are you the Nostalgia Critic, are you seriously going to

As for individual cities, the North Koreans’ most popular choices to claim as their own hometown included Dallas, Austin, and Houston.
The scammers are also partial when it comes to where they claim to have gone to school. The research reveals that the most popular purported alma maters for the North Koreans are the University of North Texas and UT Austin, followed by the University of Central Missouri and UT Dallas. As for past employers, the fake applicants are most likely to claim they worked at Amazon, Google, and Meta, while Capital One, CVS Health, Microsoft, and Stripe are popular choices too. I'm not a fan of the way the Souls games do their writing. Things tend to be very sparse which I think works better for King's Field (especially the first one) since they tend to be more self-contained adventures. The first game is just about a guy adventuring into a royal tomb to find his father, so it makes sense to have a small world without many characters as opposed to a big world with relatively few people. King's Field III makes things more of an open world, and I don't know if that was a great idea because it just feels big and barren (like a Souls game)

Like, it gets weird when you have an open world that has a village and there's like three houses. This kind of thing gets magnified in the Souls games where you don't really have to interact with the world. You can just kill thing and move on to next area to kill thing and maybe see someone. It just feels like a weird purgatory to me instead of an actual world

>>35720>>35728Thousands of years ago, just before you were born, lived three teenagers in their junior year of high school. Their names have been lost to time, so we simply know them as Girl A, Girl B, and… Boy. This epic yuri epic is about a closet lesbian who is in love with her straight friend. Many yuri stories focus on romantic love between girls, but this story seeks to reinvent the wheel by focusing on the unconditional love between a straight girl and her gay friend.
Girl A - A tomboyish girl in her junior year of high school. She plays softball, and she's very protective of her best friend. She can be pretty goofy, but also has a very emotional side that she hides under the laughs.
Girl B - A shy bookworm who seems like the total opposite of Girl A. She has a history of getting picked on, and has always relied on either Girl A or her crush to help her out. As she grows, she learns to be strong, not by standing up to her bullies, but by fighting to keep her best friend and her crush in her life when things get turbulent.
Boy - An upstanding young man who always tries his best to help others. He was similarly bullied like Girl B because he was much shorter than the other boys, but eventually he stood up for himself and Girl B which caused Girl B to see him as her knight in shining armor. He and Girl B share a lot of common interests, especially literature. He feels just as strongly about Girl B as she does towards him, but he's afraid to tell her how he feels. He was raised to respect
wwomenfolk to a neurotic degree, so he doesn't know how to act without doing something he perceives as disrespectful.
The way the story will progress is that it starts out more like a slice of life story with a focus on Girl A and Girl B's daily lives. Girl A acts very supportive of B's crush, and even encourages her to ask the boy out. A, not thinking B would ever do it, is devastated when B actually does it and the boy goes out with her. As it goes on, and B spends less time with A since she's going on dates now, A starts to feel like B doesn't need her anymore, and her heart starts to break because of her unrequited love. So then, A starts avoiding B and spending less time with her as well. B experiences some trouble in her relationship as well because her boyfriend is afraid of behaving "untoward" with her, and he's afraid to test boundaries. He's scared of the relationship and even suggests that maybe they should break up. Eventually, everything comes to a head, and B finds herself in a situation where she has to confront A and her boyfriend about the ways they've been acting. Ironically, while A and the boyfriend could be brave when defending B, it's up to B to be brave by actually talking to them about why she needs them in her life. A might have an emotional breakdown because B will never love her the way she wants to be loved, but B doesn't back down in the face of this new development. Even if she can't love A romantically, she loves A unconditionally with her heart so much that she can't imagine living without her. B does the same with her boyfriend as well, and promises to help him in their relationship just like how he helped her so many times if he'll just let her show him the way. By this point, B is emerging as a stronger person than A or the boyfriend expected. Ultimately, the epilogue I envision for this is B and her boyfriend getting married while A serves as the maid of honor.

She thinks her romantic feelings for B are strong. B challenges this by asking Boy out and showing A a form of love stronger than her own romantic love. At the end, A would probably think about how foolish she was as a teenager and how glad she is to be able to love her best friend the way she should be loved

>>35770Which, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is an oddly philosophical game for something that was almost certainly not intended to be. Jekyll and Hyde exist in two different realms, the light world and the dark world. In the light world, people act crazy, violent, and rude, but it's being caused by a major demonic presence. This almost suggests an idea that there might be one universal cause to societal madness which probably ties in with the idea of the book that if you remove what makes men evil, they become good. In the light world, Jekyll cannot engage in any violent acts himself save for smacking bees with his cane which restores health (sanity). I think this suggests an idea that killing bees is considered a socially acceptable form of relieving stress. Meanwhile, it's up to Hyde to use his psycho wave and other powers to stop the evil force before Jekyll makes it to his wedding. We're fighting evil with evil for some reason. At the end of the game, a man is hanged from a cross at the church Jekyll gets married in, and Hyde jumpscares you at the end of the game with a cross in his back saying, "Game over?"
Might be worth looking into the developers because they also made this game:

FROM THE DESK OFROSE LALONDE
Three days ago, a gunman opened fire outside Venture-N, a Tucson gay bar. Two men dead. The shooter dead. Police now call it a targeted hate crime. He had a list of LGBTQ businesses on him.
You probably even didn’t hear about it.
Because the shooter wasn’t the approved villain. He WASN’T a white Christian nationalist. He was Ousman Ceesay, 44, a Muslim immigrant born in The Gambia. He confronted two men in the parking lot and started shooting.
One of the victims was Cameron Davis Capara, a well-known local photographer and left- wing political activist who spent years documenting pro-Palestine marches, anti-ICE actions, anti-Trump, anti-fascism rallies, and anti-capitalist “No Kings” circles. The other was Vincent Anthony Siqueiros.
Both were killed where they stood.
Police didn’t rush out a mugshot package. Some coverage danced around the shooter’s background. National cameras never really showed up. No wall-to-wall specials. No Democratic officials lining up at podiums to denounce homophobia and demand action. The story dropped fast.
That’s the tell. When the facts don’t fit the script, the outrage machine stays quiet. Two men get murdered outside a gay bar, the killer leaves a target list, and the same people who never miss a chance to lecture the country about hate suddenly have nothing to say.
If that doesn’t show you how selective the media and the virtue-signal crowd really are, nothing will. - RL No.35801
