Can of Wormholes stands out as a game that punishes trial and error hard and forces you to understand the themes of the puzzle, but I found it too difficult ぶっちゃけ and haven't beaten it. Loophole I played recently and it's also pretty good at forcing you to understand things, but it's medium difficulty
